Somehow I make mountains out of molehills when it comes to blogging. Like other areas in my life I think too much about the preparation and end up getting nothing done at all. So this is a quick post to get the ball rolling again, and a resolve not to think too much - and just get on with it. Here's the first three blocks of Tis the Season by
Natalie Bird, which I am doing with the others on the
Stitch-a-long blog.
And here is this morning's visitor to my garden - a
Pheasant Coucal. This one looks a bit scruffier than the one who usually comes - I am wondering if maybe it is a young one.
glad to see your posting..........the blocks are lovely..........it is wonderful seeing all the different colour choices etc.........
ReplyDeleteNice to read your post.
ReplyDeleteNice stitcheries and what a lovely visitor.
Lovely blocks Linda, That's March finished, now on to April.
ReplyDeleteGreat to see your stitching projects! I was amused to see myself on your 'visitor recorder'...I'm the visitor from Niagara Falls! Holiday has only about 2 and a bit weeks left! Please give my regards to M and C as I guess they are looking forward to holidays!
ReplyDeleteI love your version of the hanging. The colours look so nice and warm. You sound like me as a rule with blogging. That's why I've tried to do quick little posts this week, rather than one big one. Now I have to come up with something for next week.
ReplyDeleteLove your variation of the original colour scheme with the stitcheries. We have loads of feathered visitors on the farm at present...all noisy, and getting busy before winter...
ReplyDeletelove your stitchery blocks and now I learned a new bird too, thanks!
